How far ahead should I order?
Standard orders require at least 24 hours’ notice and must be placed by 5 PM the day before pickup, whichever deadline comes first. All times are Eastern. For example, a Tuesday 10 AM pickup requires ordering by Monday 10 AM. Items with longer notice periods will show their requirement in the menu; a mixed cart uses the longest requirement.
Where do I pick up my order?
Kitchenfinity · 9500 Fechteler Road, Norfolk, VA 23508. Standard online catering orders are pickup only. Pickup is available Monday–Friday in 30-minute slots from 8–11 AM and 2–5 PM Eastern. The last slots start at 10:30 AM and 4:30 PM.
Can you help with a custom event?
Absolutely. Use our custom catering inquiry to share your date, guest count, and menu or service ideas. Custom orders require a discussion first, followed by a customized invoice. Sending an inquiry does not confirm a booking.
What is included in the menu price?
Listed prices cover the food quantities shown. Taxes and any applicable service charges are additional. Serving supplies may be added by arrangement. Ask us about dietary requirements and allergens before placing an order.
